About The Legacy Advice Group
The Legacy Advice Group is an advisory and concierge probate service offering professional help dealing with items and assets forming part of a legacy.
It is not widely known that each year many people donate all or a significant percentage of the value of their home to one or a number of charities in their Will, as well as to their families and friends. These donations are gifts, forming part of a legacy which needs to be managed.
Our team of experts can assist with property sales, chattels sales, cleaning, clearance, keyholding, maintenance, storage, distribution of items left in a Will and much more. We understand that this can be a sensitive and emotional time, and we are here to guide you through the process with compassion and professionalism.

Kitty and Kirsty started The Legacy Advice Group with the goal of achieving the maximum income from any gift left to any individual, charity or business with a primary focus on managing the complexities and taking away the hassle that selling these assets can cause.
Kitty and Kirsty previously worked together at a tech-enabled property selling service where they advised and sold many homes in probate. They found this area of the market was not only incredibly rewarding, it was an area where clients were in need of advice and help on a much broader spectrum than just the sale of the property.
